Finca & Caballos

Equestrian properties Spain

The story of Finca & Caballos

When we moved to Spain with our horses, we quickly realized the challenge: Finding a suitable property with the right equestrian facilities is far more difficult than it seems.

We missed a website that provided relevant information about properties. We missed a real estate agent who truly understood the needs of horse owners and could guide us clearly through the necessary permits.

We felt that the support for buying and selling could be done much better – and that’s exactly why we started Finca & Caballos.

Type of property

Rural homes

Charming Spanish fincas and rural homes, perfect for those seeking peace, privacy, and open space. These homes offer an authentic countryside lifestyle and often include enough acreage to keep horses — with or without existing equestrian facilities. Some may need renovation.

Equestrian properties

Larger properties for horse owners with multiple horses or for those active in equestrian sports. These estates typically include essential equestrian features such as stables, arenas, paddocks, or training areas. Some may be ready to use, while others offer great potential for renovation or upgrading to meet specific needs.

Land plots

Spacious rural plots ideal for buyers looking to build a home with enough land to comfortably keep their horses on-site. These parcels offer flexibility to create a personalised residence and equestrian setup that suits your lifestyle.
